The TS3A44159PWR is a quad single-pole, double-throw (SPDT) analog switch IC manufactured by Texas Instruments. It features 0.2 ohm typical on-resistance, 28-mW typical power dissipation, and a wide supply voltage range of 1.65 V to 5.5 V for both low-voltage CMOS and standard CMOS logic levels. It is designed for use in a wide variety of applications such as audio-signal routing, power-management, and data-signal multiplexing. The device includes four independent SPDT switches, each with a logic-controlled, low-on-resistance path, as well as over-current protection features. It also has ESD-protection and thermal-shutdown circuitry to protect the device during bad signal conditions.
