The LKS620 is an SOP-8 AC-DC Controllers & Regulators ROHS manufactured by Linko Semiconductor. It is a controller and regulator IC with low standby current consumption (typically 0.5 mA at 230 VAC). This part has a low quiescent current design, which can be used to reduce power dissipation in controllers and regulators. The LKS620 provides excellent protection against output short-circuit and over-temperature conditions. It has a fast start-up time, a high accuracy voltage reference, and a low voltage drop-out. This part is RoHS compliant and is pin and function compatible with similar SOP-8 ICs.
