The AS7C3256A-20JIN is a 256K x16 CMOS Static RAM module manufactured by Alliance Memory. This module is packaged in a 44-pin thin shrink small-outline package (TSSOP). It uses asynchronous architecture with a synchronous interface and is designed to operate on two 3.3V and two 5V supplies. It features a low operating, standby and access power, pin compatible with all popular 16-bit devices, fast access and read cycle times, auto-power-down, and data auto-refresh.
