Semiconductor The AOZ8000HI is a high performance, integrated synchronous buck controller from Alpha & Omega Semiconductor Inc. It can operate down to 0.6V and up to 120W, making it suitable for use in a range of power conversion applications. It features a pwm frequency of up to 700kHz, current mode control, programmable soft start and a wide operating temperature range. It also provides excellent protections such as under voltage, over voltage, over temperature, over current protections and short circuit protection. The AOZ8000HI is designed to handle high power density applications with minimal external components and provide high efficiency, reliability and accuracy.
