The RDC9010007 is a motion and position sensor manufactured by Alps. It is a reflow type that has a linearity of +/- 3 % with a linearity range of +/-122 degrees. It has two outputs: one analog and one digital. The analog output has a resolution of 19 bits while the digital output has a resolution of 16 bits. It is a low-cost solution for measuring the motion and position of a wide range of components in industrial-automation applications. It is designed for use in tight spaces and is designed to withstand shock and vibration. It can be used in harsh environmental situations as well, such as extreme temperatures, high humidity, and exposure to dust and chemicals. The sensor has an operating temperature range of -40°C to 105°C, a power consumption of 3 mW, and a response time of 0.6 ms.
