The AD9288BSTZ-40 is an 8-bit, 40 MSPS dual analog-to-digital converter (ADC) from Analog Devices. It features high-speed sample-and-hold amplifiers, track/hold circuits, low power, and differential/single-ended inputs. The AD9288BSTZ-40 has a wide input range, with noise-free performance up to 40 MHz. The amplifier outputs have sinc-type frequency response with excellent linearity and low harmonic distortion.
