The AD9514BCPZ is a Clock Fanout Buffer (Distribution) IC by Analog Devices. It is designed to fan out high frequency clocks from a single clock source to three outputs, and can achieve frequencies up to 1.6 GHz with a low jitter input. It operates from 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package and has three buffered (fanout) outputs and one input. The AD9514BCPZ features the integrated phase-locked loop (PLL) which allows for packet size trimming and fine-tuning of output frequency and phase scaling. The output dividers are also adjustable with a 1:3 divide ratio. This IC also has selectable outputs for LVPECL, LVDS, and LVCMOS families. Additionally, it contains power-on reset circuitry, which provides automatic system reset upon power-up or brownout conditions.
