LTM4620 Dual 13A or Single 26A DC/DC Module Regulator FEATURES DESCRIPTION n The LTM 4620 is a complete dual 13A output switching Complete Standalone Dual Output Power Supply n mode DC/DC power supply. Included in the package are Dual 13A or Single 26A Output n the switching controller, power FETs, inductors, and all Wide Input Voltage Range: 4.5V to 16V n supporting components. Operating from an input voltage Output Voltage Range: 0.6V to 2.5V n range of 4.5V to 16V, the LTM4620 supports two outputs 1.5% Maximum Total DC Output Error n each with an output voltage range of 0.6V to 2.5V, set by a Multiphase Current Sharing with Multiple single external resistor. Its high efficiency design delivers LTM4620s Up to 100A n up to 13A continuous current for each output. Only a few Differential Remote Sense Amplifier input and output capacitors are needed. n Current Mode Control/Fast Transient Response n Adjustable Switching Frequency The device supports frequency synchronization, multi- n Overcurrent Foldback Protection phase operation, Burst Mode operation and output voltage n Frequency Synchronization tracking for supply rail sequencing and has an onboard n Internal Temperature Monitor temperature diode for device temperature monitoring. n Output Overvoltage Protection High switching frequency and a current mode architec- n SnPb or RoHS Compliant Finish ture enable a very fast transient response to line and load n Thermally Enhanced (15mm 15mm 4.41mm) LGA changes without sacrificing stability.
