POWER LOSS (mW) LTM8021 36V , 500mA IN Step-Down DC/DC Module Fea T Descrip T n Complete Switch Mode Power Supply The LTM 8021 is a 36V 500mA, step-down DC/DC IN n Wide Input Voltage Range: 3V to 36V Module . Included in the package are the switching n 500mA Output Current controller, power switches, inductor, and all support n 0.8V to 5V Output Voltage components. Operating over an input voltage range of 3V n Fixed 1.1MHz Switching Frequency to 36V, the LTM8021 supports an output voltage range of n Current Mode Control 0.8V to 5V, set by a single resistor. Only an output and n (e4) RoHS Compliant Package with Gold bulk input capacitor are needed to finish the design. Pad Finish The low profile package (2.82mm) enables utilization of n Programmable Soft-Start unused space on the bottom of PC boards for high den- n Tiny, Low Profile (11.25mm 6.25mm 2.82mm) sity point of load regulation.
