MAX1363/MAX1364 19-3338 Rev 3 3/08 4-Channel, 12-Bit System Monitors with Programmable Trip Window and SMBus Alert Response General Description Features The MAX1363/MAX1364 low-power, 12-bit, 4-channel Monitor Mode analog-to-digital converters (ADCs) feature a digitally Programmable Lower/Upper Trip Threshold programmable window comparator with an interrupt out- Alarm-Status Register Records Fault Events put for automatic system-monitoring applications. Once SMBus Alert Response configured, monitor mode automatically asserts an inter- Programmable Sampling Intervals rupt when any analog input exceeds the programmed 2 12-Bit, I C-Compatible ADC upper or lower thresholds, without interaction to the 1 LSB INL, 1 LSB DNL host.
