MAX17506 4.5V60V, 5A, High-Efficiency, Synchronous Step-Down DC-DC Converter with Internal Compensation General Description Benefits and Features The MAX17506 high-efficiency, high-voltage, synchronous Reduces External Components and Total Cost step-down DC-DC converter with integrated high-side No Schottky-Synchronous Operation MOSFET operates over a 4.5V to 60V input. The Internal Compensation for Any Output Voltage converter can deliver up to 5A and generates output Built-In Soft-Start voltages from 0.9V up to 0.9 x V .
