MAX32680 Ultra-Low-Power Arm Cortex-M4F with Precision Analog Front-End and Bluetooth LE 5.2 General Description Benefits and Features The MAX32680 microcontroller (MCU) is an advanced Ultra-Low-Power Wireless Microcontroller system-on-chip (SoC), featuring an Arm Cortex -M4F Internal 100MHz Oscillator CPU for efficient computation of complex functions and 512KB Flash and 128KB SRAM algorithms that is qualified to operate at a temperature Optional ECC on One 32KB SRAM Bank range of -40C to +85C.
