MAX4240MAX4244 19-1343 Rev 3 9/06 Single/Dual/Quad, +1.8V/10A, SOT23, Beyond-the-Rails Op Amps General Description Features The MAX4240MAX4244 family of micropower op amps Ultra-Low-Voltage Operation: operate from a single +1.8V to +5.5V supply or dual Guaranteed Down to +1.8V 0.9V to 2.75V supplies and have Beyond-the-Rails Typical Operation to +1.5V inputs and rail-to-rail output capabilities.
