The MAX5048CAUT+ is a MOSFET driver from Analog Devices. It is an integrated circuit designed to drive one N-channel metal-oxide-semiconductor (MOS) FET from a single supply voltage. It provides low-side, single-quadrant, active voltage clamping with minimal propagation delays. The package is SOT-23-6 with RoHS compliance.
