VDA1320NTA AnaSem

The VDA1320NTA by Anasem is a voltage detector chip in a SOT-23 package which meets RoHS specifications. It is designed for use as a Power Management IC (PMIC) supervisor in electronic circuits so that voltage levels can be monitored. This Supervisory circuit provides a reset output to indicate an out-of-spec voltage level (VTH under voltage threshold or VTL over voltage threshold). It has two delivery modes: reset or interrupt with low current consumption. The VDA1320NTA has a low quiescent current consumption of only 1.1uA and can operate over a wide range of supply voltages from 1.8V up to 5.5V. The reset output is designed to be open-drain and contains both an active LOW and active HIGH reset that can be used alternatively depending on the application. It has a thermal protection feature which improves reliability in the event of unexpected current fluctuations that could cause overheating. This part also has transient immunity that makes it highly resistant to electrical noise in power-critical applications.
