The BL8568GCB5ATR30 is a low dropout (LDO) voltage regulator manufactured by Belling and packaged in a SOT-23-5 surface mount package. It is compliant with the ROHS standards and has a maximum output current of 1.5A and an output voltage range of 2.2V - 6V. The input voltage range is 3.1V - 20V and it has a typical dropout voltage of 400mV. It has internal short-circuit and over-temperature protection and short-circuit current limiting. It is suitable for a wide variety of applications, including post regulators for switching regulators, low-noise audio amplifiers, battery-powered systems, and consumer electronics.
