The BDFN2C181R is a diode-based ESD protection device manufactured by Bourne. It is packaged in a DFN1006 RoHS package, and provides bidirectional ESD protection from electrostatic discharges that are in the range of 8 kV (contact) and 15 kV (air). It is designed to protect sensitive electronic devices against destructive ESD events. The device features extremely low capacitance, low leakage, and low clamping voltages. The device is rated for operation at temperatures from -55°C to 150°C.
