The S9015 is a dual, small outline, Surface-Mounted Device (SMD) Bipolar Junction Transistor (BJT) manufactured by Bourne, and compliant with the Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) Directive. The device operates with a 45V maximum collector-emitter voltage, a 200mW maximum power dissipation, a 100mA collector current, a 200mA saturation current at 1mA, a 5V maximum voltage at 150MHz, and a 300mV C-E drop at 100mA. It has a minimum 5mA of current gain at a junction temperature +150°C (Tj). It is housed in a SOT-23 package.
