The BCT642AEGG-TR signal switches/encoders & decoders/multiplexers ROHS manufactured by Broadchip is a QFN (Quad Flat No-Lead) package component with dimensions of 3.4x2.5-24L. It is a 4-channel bidirectional, bus-switching mux/demux that enables the design of devices with robust ESD protection. It has a switching voltage of ±30V and a switching current of 1A. The signal range is from 2.5V to 18V, which allows the circuit to be quickly and easily switchable while maintaining signal integrity. The device also has competitive switching time performance, with typical transition and response times of 1µs and 48µs, respectively. Its hot-plugging capability and 2-wire control interface make it suitable for applications such as USB 2.0, IEEE 1394, Ethernet, audio, and video protocols. The part complies with the JEDEC Level 2-5 ESD protection ratings and the RoHS requirements.
