The ACPL-T350-500E with Logic Output Opto-couplers 2.5A IGBT Gate Drive is a high performance solution for isolating and driving IGBTs and MOSFETs in power control applications. The device includes three channels of opto-coupled inputs and one channel of isolated logic-compatible outputs. It can drive up to 2.5A of load current, making it suitable for a variety of power switching applications. The device is manufactured by Broadcom, which specializes in offering a range of high performance analog and mixed-signal semiconductor technologies. The isolated logic outputs are enabled through push-pull logic compatible outputs, meaning that it is capable of interconnecting with logic and control systems. Additionally, it provides additional Diagnostics and Electronic Short Circuit Protection.
