The PS2506-1-A is a three-terminal dual-channel IC protection component made by CEL. This part is used for the over-voltage, over-current, and over-temperature protection of automotive, consumer, and industrial applications. It features two independent low on-state resistance (Rds(on))limiting switching FETs and two current-limiting diodes. The PS2506-1-A can provide over-current and over-voltage protection across each of the channels, while its latch-off protection provides an easy method of resetting the system. Additionally, the under-voltage lockout feature prevents devices from functioning when voltage drops below a certain threshold. Overall, the PS2506-1-A is an ideal solution for a wide range of automotive and consumer electronics applications.
