Additional Infomation About Product

TSM4/240 is a gate driver manufactured by Comus International, Inc. The TSM4/240 is a 4-channel, high power Gate Driver Module. It is suitable for driving a range of power MOSFETs, IGBTs and other power semiconductor devices. The TSM4/240 is able to supply a high switching current up to 12 A per channel under peak conditions, with a maximum continuous current of 6A per channel. The module is designed to operate in a wide supply voltage range from 10 V to 28 V and offers configurable functionality such as PWM dimming control and sensored gate drive. It is also capable of supporting standard high side / low side current sensing and dead time generation.
