The Consonance CN61C SOT23-3 Voltage Reference is a RoHS compliant, three-pin SOT23 packaged voltage reference with an initial accuracy of 0.3% at 25°C. The CN61C offers excellent temperature stability over a wide range of temperatures with a maximum temperature coefficient of 50ppm/°C. The device is ultra-low power and features a low quiescent current of 250nA typical. It operates with a wide input voltage range of 2.7V to 5.5V and offers an adjustable output voltage of either 2.245V, 2.500V, or 2.745V, allowing for excellent flexibility in circuit design. Additionally, this device features HBM ESD protection of up to 2000V, negating the need to design extra protective circuitry on the board.
