The COS4428DR with DIP-8 Gate Drive ICs is a RoHS-compliant device manufactured by COSINE. It is an integrated circuit designed for driving small DC motors and increasing the effective current handling capabilities of these motors. The COS4428DR is an ultra-low-power gate drive circuit, which has superior slew-rate control, high frequency performance, and exceeds voltage and current ratings necessary for industrial motor control. It also features short circuit protection, under voltage lockout, and thermal protection to ensure motor safety. Additionally, it has a built-in PWM shutoff circuit and adjustable current limiting capability.
