Additional Infomation About Product

The COS4428SR is an SOP-8 gate drive integrated circuit (IC) that is manufactured by the ROHS certified COSINE. This IC has full bridge outputs that provide a high power switching solution for system with low quiescent current and low parasitic. It is designed to work with systems that require high voltage DC to DC converters and is rated for up to +/- 40V absolute maximum gate drive voltage. The chip also comes with a wide power supply range and works with very high efficiency. The chip has several other features such as a fast turn-on response time, sense voltage and built in thermal protection. The COS4428SR is also lead-free and RoHS compliant, making it an ideal IC for meeting the most rigorous of environmental standards.
