The CC6111TO Magnetic Sensor is a Hall-effect based, three-terminal, digital device featuring a small, low power, and surface-mount TO-92S package. It is designed for use in applications that require the detection of nearby magnetic fields such as position sensing, speed detection, and current sensing. The RoHS-compliant CC6111TO uses ion-implanted Hall-effect technology for high stability, low power consumption, and extremely fast response times. This device also features high-temperature operation up to 125°C. It supports 500mA of maximum load current, can be operated from a supply voltage from 2.7V to 5.5V, and is supplied in tape and reel packaging.
