CC6402TO with Motor Drivers TO-94 RoHS is a small integrated circuit manufactured by Cross Chip. It is used in motor controlling applications and has integrated two high-current MOSFET H-bridge driver output stages. It targets a wide range of operating supply voltages, from 5V to 20V, and can be used for both brushed motor and stepper motor applications. The device features a variety of protection features including thermal overload protection, high-current H-Bridge protected outputs, and current foldback. The CC6402TO is RoHS compliant and is housed in TO-94 package.
