The Cross Chip CC6420DN-FG with DFN-8 Motor Driver ICs is a RoHS-compliant integrated circuit that is designed to drive the DC brushless motors commonly used in automotive, medical, and robotics applications. The integrated circuit is an integrated power driver with a constant current sink/source driver. It offers flexible output current control with PWM frequency up to 10KHz and an adaptive dead time control that allows the user to select different motor inductance/voltage combination. The DFN-8 package allows for easy mounting and is RoHS compliant. The device also includes several advanced features such as reverse bias protection, over current protection, and thermal shutdown. The CC6420DN-FG is suitable for digital DC motor control applications that require high performance and robust design.
