The CC6920BSO-30A is a SOP-8 current sensor manufactured by Cross chip. It is compliant with the RoHS environmental regulations. It features a wide operating temperature range of -40 °C to +125 °C, making it suitable for both industrial and consumer applications. The device is designed to monitor and control currents up to 30 A with a voltage output of 0.335 V max at rated current. The primary advantage of the CC6920BSO-30A is very low offset that increases current sensing accuracy up to 30A. Additionally, the board is also capable of detecting a wide range of short circuits and overcurrent conditions, making it suitable for a wide range of electronic applications. It is designed to maximize efficiency while minimizing power dissipation and board space. The SOP-8 package of the part makes it easy to be mounted on PC boards.
