The Optocoupler SMD-8 RoHS (6N137S(T1)) manufactured by CT Micro International is an optocoupler/optical isolator that utilizes a GaAlAs LED for transmitting and an integrated photodetector for receiving. It provides excellent input/output isolation and provides 0.5A (max) output current. It has an insulation voltage of 4000Vrms, a CTR of 20-400% and a high common-mode rejection ratio (60dB min). It has 8 lead SMD package with an operating temperature range of -40°C to +105°C. It has also passed RoHS compliance.
