.The CT3063(S)(T1) is a Triac optocoupler manufactured by CT Micro International. It is a surface-mount, six leaded Small Outline Package (SOP) component and it complies with the EU's Restriction of Hazardous Substances Directive (RoHS). The CT3063(S)(T1) consists of a gallium arsenide infrared emitting diode optically coupled to a sensitive gate, bidirectional, and four layer Triac on a monolithic chip. It offers 2500 VRMS isolation voltage between input and output, 0.2 Amps maximum AC or DC control current, a 6.2V maximum forward voltage, and a logic-level input compatible with 5V logic systems in a compact SOP-6 package. It has an operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C and an operational frequency range of 0.5 to 100 Hertz.
