GBU10K are the bidirectional (bridge-type) glass-passivated single-phase Silicon Rectifier Diodes produced by DC Components. They feature high surge capability, low leakage, and a high reverse voltage rating of 10,000 volts. The devices come in both Axial and SMD packages, and are available with a variety of current ratings, ranging from 0.5A to 6A. They are ideal for use in electronic ballasts, power supplies, solar inverters, ACDC and DCAC converters, and anti-static protection circuits, among other applications. The diodes are UL and VDE approved, and CE compliant.
