APX803L MICRO POWER VOLTAGE DETECTOR Pin Assignments Description The APX803L is brand new micro-power voltage detector series developed by Diodes Inc. with target to be used for microprocessor (Top View) (Top View) (P) supervisory circuits to monitor the power supplies in P and digital systems. It provides wide range of detection voltage level GND 2 2 ranging from 1.2V to 5.0V with 0.1V per step options fixed internally RESET from circuit design. As to supply current, APX803L series requires low V CC 3 supply current level of 1A (typical) which gives no burden to power V 3 CC efficiency on systems requiring detection functions, such as smart 1 phone, battery-powered devices, Internet equipments and so on. GND RESET 1 These circuits perform the supervisory function by sending out a reset SOT23/SOT323 SOT23R/SC59 signal whenever it founds the monitored V level falls below a CC chosen threshold voltage level and the reset signal will remain until VCC recovers to a level higher than threshold voltage.
