The APX803S-40SA-7 is an integrated supervisory circuit with four fixed threshold voltage supervisors - 3.63V, 3.87V, 4.13V, and 4.38V - each with active low reset output signals. It has an adjustable timeout period from 240ms to 4.0 seconds. The versatile reset circuit is designed to provide a reset signal to microprocessors (MPUs) and complex logic controllers (CLCs) during microprocessor power-on and power-down cycles. The APX803S-40SA-7 also supports other logic functions such as a watchdog timer, power-on reset generators, and manual reset inputs. The device is manufactured by Diodes Incorporated and is constructed using a small space-saving 8 pin DIP package.
