Additional Infomation About Product

The AS431ARTR-G1 is an adjustable precision shunt regulator manufactured by Diodes Incorporated. It has a voltage input range of 2.5 to 36 volts and a voltage reference range of 4.5mV. The AS431ARTR-G1 utilizes precision trimming to assure accuracy, and ideal for low power voltage regulation, current limiting, and precision current sources. The AS431ARTR-G1 has a CMOS logic compatible control interface, which allows easy connection to MCUs, DACs, A/D converters, etc. The device also has a low quiescent current of just 2µA over the entire temperature range. The AS431ARTR-G1 is offered in a tiny SOT-23 package and has an operating temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
