Additional Infomation About Product

The BC847B is a NPN Bipolar transistor manufactured by SLKORMICRO that is housed in a SOT-23 RoHS package. It is a surface mount, low-power device designed for switching and general purpose amplifier applications. The device features low collector-base capacitance for high:frequency performance, high gain bandwidth product (fT) and full RoHS compliance. The transistor has a continuous current gain (hFEC), maximum voltage of 40V, and maximum current gain of 1600. Other features include low noise and fast switching time. The device is recommended for use in audio amplification circuits, switching circuits, and other applications where high frequency performance is required.
