NOT RECOMMENDED FOR NEW DESIGN USE DGD2106M DGD2106 HIGH-SIDE AND LOW-SIDE GATE DRIVER IN SO-8 (Type TH) Description Features The DGD2106 is a high-voltage / high-speed gate driver capable of Floating High-Side Driver in Bootstrap Operation to 600V driving N-Channel MOSFETs and IGBTs in a half-bridge Drives Two N-Channel MOSFETs or IGBTs in Half Bridge configuration. High voltage processing techniques enable the Configuation DGD2106s high-side to switch to 600V in a bootstrap operation. Outputs Tolerant to Negative Transients Wide Logic and Low-Side Gate Driver Supply Voltage: 10V To The DGD2106 logic inputs are compatible with standard TTL and 20V CMOS levels (down to 3.3V) to interface easily with controlling Logic Input (HIN and LIN) 3.3V Capability devices. The driver outputs feature high pulse current buffers Schmitt Triggered Logic Inputs with Internal Pull Down designed for minimum driver cross conduction. Undervoltage Lockout for High and Low Side Drivers Extended Temperature Range: -40C To +125C The DGD2106 is available in a space saving SO-8 package and Totally Lead-Free & Fully RoHS Compliant (Notes 1 & 2) operates over an extended -40C to +125C temperature range.
