PI3L301D 3.3V, 16-Bit to 8-Bit, Mux/DeMux Gigabit Ethernet LAN Switch with Single Enable Features Description R is 4 typical Pericom Semiconductors PI3L series of logic circuits are produced ON using the Companys advanced sub-micron CMOS technology, Low bit-to-bit skew: 200ps achieving industry leading performance. Low crosstalk: 27dB 250MHz The PI3L301D is a 16- to 8-bit multiplexer/demultiplexer LAN Low Current Consumption: 20A Switch. Industry leading advantages include a propagation delay Near-Zero propagation delay: 250ps of less than 250ps, resulting from its low channel resistance and Switching speed: 9ns I/O capacitance. The device multiplexes differential outputs Channel On-Capacitance: 9.5pF (typical) from a Gigabit Ethernet transceiver (PHY) device to one of two V Operating Range: +3.0V to +3.6V CC corresponding B1 or B2 outputs. The switch is bidirectional and ESD >3000V . Human Body Model offers little or no attenuation of the high-speed signals at the outputs. >350 MHz bandwidth (or data frequency) It is designed for low bit-to-bit skew, high channel-to-channel noise Packaging (Pb-free & Green available): isolation and is compatible with various standards, such as 10/100/ 48-pin 240 mil wide plastic TSSOP (A) 1000 Base-T (Ethernet).
