PI4ULS3V204 4-Bit Bi-directional Level Shifter for open-drain and Push-Pull Application Features Description V can be Less than, Greater than or Equal to The PI4ULS3V204 is a 4-bit configurable dual CCA V supply bidirectional auto sensing translator that does CCB 1.1V to 3.6V on A Port and 1.1V to 3.6V on B not require a directional control pin. The A and B ports Port are designed to track two different power supply rails, High-Speed with 24 Mb/s Data Rate for push-pull V and V respectively. Both the V and V CCA CCB CCA CCB application supply rails are configurable from 1.1V to 3.6V. This High-Speed with 2 Mb/s Data Rate for open-drain allows voltage logic signals on the V side to be CCA application translated into lower, higher or equal value voltage No Direction-Control Signal Needed logic signals on the V side, and vice-versa. CCB Low Bit-to-Bit Skew The translator has integrated 10 k pull-up Non-preferential Power-up Sequencing resistors on the I/O lines. The integrated pull-up ESD protection exceeds 8000V HBM per resistors are used to pull-up the I/O lines to either V CCA JESD22-A114 or V .
