BC848A is a high voltage transistor manufactured by Diotec. It is a NPN silicon epoch transistor and is mainly used in switch mode applications, audio amplifiers and other general purpose applications. It has a DC current gain of 900 and a current gain bandwidth product of 200 MHz. It also has an operating voltage range of 10V-60V and a maximum collector current of 100mA. It has a maximum power dissipation of 500mW and is available in the TO-92-3 package.
