FAL160 The Diotec FAL160 is a Diode Array for high-speed Low-Voltage switching application. It features a Maximum Reverse Voltage of 160V, Maximum Surge Current of 30A, average rectified current of 30A, and a minimum temperature coefficient of -0.05%/K. The S40 part of the FAL160 is a low-voltage diode array, or what is commonly referred to as a bridge rectifier.
