The JM38510/34107BEA is a monolithic, 8-bit CMOS microcontroller designed by Texas Instruments. It is based on the MSP430 architecture, and is capable of operating at up to 10 MHz on a single 3V battery. It has a maximum of 64K ROM, 16K RAM and 32 I/O pins. The microcontroller is designed for use in small portable, low-power embedded applications such as automotive, security and medical devices. It also has a integrated 1-wire interface and supports communication protocols such as I2C, SPI and UART. The microcontroller is also compatible with E2V’s low voltage embedded processors.
