UPS
The MAINS MODULE is a component of the Eaton UPS system. It is designed to provide power protection against blackouts and other electrical line disturbances. The MAINS MODULE monitors power on the electric line, detects changes in electrical supply, and energizes the UPS to provide automatic power protection and reliable surge suppression. It also provides protection for connected equipment against power outages and power disruptions. The MAINS MODULE contains inputs and controls for all UPS switching functions, including input phase sensing, phase balance, main line protection, and output voltages. Other features of the module include alarms for UPS and mains monitoring, current and voltage metering, auto-restart, extended run and event logging.
