The ECS-40-20-28AX-TR is a single chip pulse width modulation (PWM) controller from ECS Inc. It is designed to provide an easy to use, low cost, and flexible solution for controlling motor speed, power conversion, and other applications requiring the use of PWM technology. This device features a wide operating range (6V to 24V), low external components count, and multiple integrated protection functions including over-voltage, over temperature, and current limit protection. It is rated for operation of up to 40A peak current and 28A continuous current.
