ECS-80-18-10X is a high-performance, low-cost, low-power 8-bit microcontroller module designed by ECS Inc. It features an 8-bit 8085 CPU, a 128 KB EPROM, an 8KB RAM, 256 Bytes I/O ports, an 8-bit analog-to-digital conversion, a 10x14 segment display and a power supply unit. Additionally, the ECS-80-18-10X includes on-chip debugging support, 128-byte page-mapped ‘framebuffer’, a watchdog timer, timers, interrupts and serial ports. This module is suitable for a variety of applications including control systems, remote monitoring and embedded systems.
