EG3013S with SOP-8 Gate Drive ICs ROHS manufactured by EG is a monolithic high-voltage, high-current isolated gate driver IC designed to drive wide-bandwidth IGBTs and MOSFETs in high-speed power conversion applications such as dc/dc converters, motor drives, renewable energy systems, welding, and other industrial control applications. The EG3013S features a high-voltage reinforced isolated DC/DC converter for powering the driver in isolated applications. The device includes an isolated 1A driver for IGBT or MOSFET gate drives up to 600V. The EG3013S has high level of integration, including isolated 1A IGBT/MOSFET gate drivers, voltage sense circuit, fault signal output, output current sense circuit and over-temperature detection circuit. The EG3013S also includes programmable I/O control, allowing custom pulse-by-pulse current control and multiple fault and warning conditions. The E3013S is RoHS compliant and is available in a 8-pin SOIC package.
