The Embest SBC8118 is a 4.3-inch fanless single board computer that features a rugged metal casing and is powered by an embedded ARM Cortex-A8 processor with a wide range of I/O and communication capabilities. Its small size, low power consumption and wide environmental operating range make it an ideal choice for industrial automation, medical systems, and other embedded applications. The SBC8118 features a Cortex-A8 processor clocked at 1GHz with 512MB of DDR3 RAM, 4GB of NAND storage, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, USB and Gigabit Ethernet, as well as an HDMI port, LVDS LCD and a 4.3” LCD with a 800 x 480 resolution. The board also features a CAN bus, 4 x UART, 2 x SPI and a variety of expansion slots.
