The SR1150 with Schottky Barrier Diodes (SBD) manufactured by Formosa DO-41 RoHS is a general purpose diode that is constructed with low profile package and optimized as a Rectifier bridge or as a protection diode for voltage or current polarity protection applications. This device is ideal for designs that require a low forward voltage drop and a more efficient heat dissipation due to its fast switching speed and low junction capacitance. It is also designed to ensure higher reliability or durability with low forward-voltage dip and an operating temperature range from -55°C - 150°C.
