MicroelectronicsThe FM25Q32-SO-T-G is an FLASH memory made by the electronics company, Fudan Microelectronics. It is a 32Mb (4M x 8) SPI dual/quad I/O, QPI SOP-8 150mil RoHS device which is designed for use in a variety of applications. It is based on the company’s advanced Multi-Level Cell (MLC) technology and provides for fast read/write times with low power consumption. It supports Quad-SPI, Dual-SPI, and Serial-SPI interfaces and features program and erase suspend, read ID3, read/write protection, and OTP (one time programmable) capabilities. The FM25Q32 is capable of sharing the same bus with other FLASH memory devices, and features an extended temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
