The 662K is a low-dropout (LDO) regulator manufactured by Fuman, housed in a SOT23-3 (surface–mount technology, 3-pin package) package that meets the RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) standards. It is a highly integrated device, designed to provide a low ripple, low noise, low output voltage, and long-term stability. The 662K features a wide operating voltage range and low quiescent current.
